Booking and Confirmation
To secure a trip booking, all reservations must be confirmed in writing (via email or an online booking form). A non-refundable deposit of 20–30% of the total trip cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full by the deadline specified in the trip itinerary or invoice, before departure.
For Bhutan and Tibet trips, bookings must be made well in advance due to visa and permit processing requirements.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
General Cancellation Terms
Upon booking:
The deposit is strictly non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.Cancellations made 15–35 days before the scheduled departure date:
A 25% cancellation fee of the total trip cost will apply, in addition to any non-recoverable hotel, flight, or permit charges already incurred. Any remaining balance, if applicable, will be refunded.Cancellations made less than 15 day before departure, or failure to appear (no-show):
100% of the total trip cost is non-refundable.No refunds will be provided for early returns, missed days, unused services, or itinerary changes made after the trip has commenced.
Flexible or On-Demand Departures
For treks or tours without fixed departure dates, cancellation charges will be calculated based on the most recently confirmed and agreed-upon start date.
Credit for Future Travel (Optional)
At the company’s discretion, and upon request, a portion of the amount paid (excluding non-recoverable costs) may be credited toward a future trip, subject to availability and validity periods. This is not automatic and must be confirmed in writing.
Payments Methods
Accepted Payment Modes:
- Bank Transfer (SWIFT) – Recommended for international clients.
- Online Payment Gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) – May incur additional fees.
- Credit/Debit Cards – Usually accepted with a 3–4% surcharge.
- Cash (USD, EUR, NPR) – Accepted in person in Nepal; however, not recommended for bookings.
