Terms and Condition


Assumption of Risk

Adventure travel, trekking, and high-altitude activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, altitude sickness, accidents, natural hazards, and delays. By booking and participating in the trip, participants voluntarily accept and assume all such risks and agree to participate at their own discretion.

Limitation of Liability

The company, its employees, guides, agents, and partners shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, accident, delay, or expense arising from, but not limited to:

  • Acts of nature (weather, earthquakes, landslides, floods)

  • Political unrest or government actions

  • Flight delays or cancellations

  • Theft or loss of personal property

  • Medical emergencies or evacuation

  • Actions of third-party service providers

Participants acknowledge that the company acts only as an organizer and is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers, including hotels, airlines, transport providers, or guides.

Force Majeure

The company shall not be responsible for cancellations, delays, itinerary changes, or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Extreme weather conditions

  • Pandemics or health emergencies

  • Political instability

  • Border closures

  • Strikes or transportation disruptions

  • Government restrictions

In such cases, no refunds are guaranteed. However, the company will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative arrangements or credits where feasible.

Changes to Itinerary

While every effort is made to follow the planned itinerary, the company reserves the right to modify routes, schedules, accommodations, or activities due to safety concerns, weather conditions, operational requirements, or unforeseen circumstances. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.

Personal Responsibility & Conduct

Participants are expected to follow the instructions of guides and trip leaders at all times and to respect local laws, customs, culture, and the environment. The company reserves the right to remove any participant from the trip without refund if their behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or harmful to others.

Use of Images & Media

The company reserves the right to use photographs, videos, or other media taken during the trip for promotional and marketing purposes. Participants who do not wish to appear in such materials must inform the company in writing prior to departure.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the country in which the company is registered. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that country.


Acceptance of Terms

By confirming a booking, making a payment, or participating in a trip, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, as well as the Booking, Payment, and Cancellation Policy.

Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all participants. Insurance must cover, at a minimum:

  • High-altitude trekking

  • Emergency evacuation

  • Accidents and illness

  • Theft or loss

  • Trip cancellation or interruption

Participants are responsible for arranging their own insurance.

Health & Fitness

Participants must ensure they are physically and mentally fit to undertake the trip. Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking. Medical clearance may be required for high-altitude treks, challenging itineraries, or senior participants.

Visa & Travel Documents

Participants are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Their passport is valid for at least six months beyond the travel date

  • All required visas and travel documents are obtained

Nepal visas are available on arrival. Visa and permit requirements for Bhutan and Tibet will be advised, and processing timelines must be strictly followed.
