Detail Itinerary
Arrival in Kathmandu and Evening Aarati at Pashupatinath
After you land at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, our representative will warmly welcome you with a smile. Then we will drive you to your hotel and help with the check-in process. You can rest for a while or explore the local area near your hotel. In the evening, we will take you to Pashupatinath Temple to attend the peaceful evening Aarati on the banks of the Bagmati River. It’s a beautiful spiritual experience to begin your Nepal journey.
Full Day Kathmandu Sightseeing Tour
After breakfast at your hotel, we begin our Kathmandu city sightseeing tour. First, we visit the sacred Pashupatinath Temple, then the nearby Gyajeshwari Temple and the sleeping Vishnu at Jal Narayan (Budhanilkantha). After that, we visit the Swayambhunath Stupa—also known as the Monkey Temple—which sits on a hill with a nice view of the city. We also explore the historical Kathmandu Durbar Square, where you can see old temples, palaces, and local life. After the tour, we return to the hotel for rest.
Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara
Today, after breakfast, we leave for Pokhara, a beautiful city also known as the city of lakes. The drive is about 200 kilometers and takes around 6 to 7 hours, depending on road conditions. Along the way, you’ll see rivers, small towns, green hills, and mountain views on clear days. After reaching Pokhara, we check in at the hotel and you can enjoy the evening walking around the lakeside area.
Drive to Muktinath and Evening Aarati
After an early breakfast at the hotel in Pokhara, we drive to the gateway of Annapurna Base Camp, “Nayapul”, and then separate from Nayapul to Jomsom, the gateway to Mustang. From there, we continue our journey to Muktinath Temple, one of the holiest places for Hindus and Buddhists. It is also the ending point of Annapurna Circuit Trek. After reaching the temple, you can offer your prayers, bathe under the 108 holy water taps, and spend time in the peaceful temple area. In the evening, you can attend the Muktinath Aarati, which adds a divine touch to the visit. After that, we drive back to Jomsom for overnight.
Drive Back to Naudanda – Himalayan View and Sunset
After breakfast in Jomsom, we start driving back toward Pokhara. On the way, we stop at Naudanda, a peaceful place known for beautiful views of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges. You’ll be staying at a scenic resort like Himalayan Deurali, which offers an amazing place to relax and enjoy the mountain sunset. It’s a perfect place to unwind after the long journey.
Sunrise from Sarangkot and Pokhara City Tour
We wake up early and drive to Sarangkot, one of the best viewpoints near Pokhara. With a cup of tea or coffee in hand, we watch the sunrise over the golden Himalayan peaks, including Machhapuchhre (Fishtail), Annapurna, and Dhaulagiri. After breakfast, we go for Pokhara sightseeing. We visit Bindabasini Temple, enjoy boating on Phewa Lake, and visit Tal Barahi Temple in the middle of the lake. Later, we explore Davis Falls, Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave, and end the day with a peaceful visit to the World Peace Stupa (Pumdikot). In the evening, we return to the hotel.
Drive Back to Kathmandu and Farewell Dinner
After breakfast, we drive back to Kathmandu. The drive is relaxing and gives you one last chance to enjoy Nepal’s beautiful landscapes. After reaching your hotel in Kathmandu, you can rest or do some shopping in the local market. In the evening, we arrange a farewell dinner with a cultural program, where you can enjoy traditional Nepali food and music.
Departure from Kathmandu
