    Day 1
    Arrival in kathmandu [ 1,330m ]

    Upon landing at Tribhuvan International Airport, you’ll be greeted by our representative, who will welcome you with a traditional garland or scarf, embodying the warmth of Nepali hospitality. After assisting you to your hotel, you’ll have some time to unwind and refresh. Once settled, you can wander through the vibrant streets of Thamel, exploring its charming cafes, local eateries, and shops. In the evening, a representative from Trek Curator will provide a brief overview of helicopter tour safety instructions, along with checking the necessary insurance documents, passport copies, and permits. For dinner, don’t miss the chance to savor authentic Nepali cuisine at a local restaurant.

    Day 2
    Sightseeing in Kathmandu and Bhaktapur [ 1,330m ]

    Get ready for a day packed with exploration as you visit some of the major UNESCO World Heritage sites in Kathmandu and Bhaktapur. Your journey begins at Pashupatinath Temple, a sacred site dedicated to Lord Shiva, where you’ll observe the Hindu cremation ghats along the banks of the Bagmati River. Next, you’ll head to Boudhanath Stupa, one of the largest in South Asia, renowned for its Tibetan cultural influence. Following this, make your way to Swayambhunath, commonly referred to as the Monkey Temple, which offers panoramic views of the Kathmandu valley from its hilltop stupa. Afterwards, you’ll travel to Bhaktapur, where you’ll explore the historical Bhaktapur Durbar Square, a former royal palace rich in medieval architecture. While in Bhaktapur, be sure to visit the 55-Window Palace, Nyatapola Temple, Pottery Square, and the Peacock Window. Don’t hesitate to indulge in a traditional Newari lunch and watch local artisans at work in thangka painting or metal craft workshops. After a fulfilling day, you’ll return to your hotel.

    Day 3
    Helicopter tour [ 5,550m ]

    Your adventure continues as you start early, being picked up from your hotel and transferred to the Kathmandu domestic airport for your flight to Lukla. Here, you’ll make a brief stop for the helicopter to refuel and take in some scenic views of Lukla. From Lukla, you’ll enjoy a breathtaking flyover of Namche Bazaar, Tengboche Monastery, and Ama Dablam, witnessing the awe-inspiring Khumbu Icefall and Everest Base Camp, as well as the Gokyo Lakes. You’ll then land at Kalapatthar, the ultimate viewpoint for Everest, where you’ll be treated to magnificent vistas of Mt. Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Ama Dablam, and more. You’ll have 5 to 10 minutes for photographs, keeping in mind the high altitude risks. After soaking in the views, you’ll head to Everest View Hotel, the highest hotel in the world, for breakfast amid stunning Himalayan scenery before flying back to Kathmandu with unforgettable memories.

    Departure

    On your final day, depending on your flight schedule, you’ll check out of your hotel. Our representative will then take you to the airport. If time permits, you can fit in some last-minute shopping at local markets such as Asan Bazaar or the shops in Thamel.
